Tuna stuffed eggs are liked by almost everyone..
And it is not surprising: a fresh and juicy stuffed egg is a real delicacy.

Eggs Stuffed With Tuna
Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 80 g cans of tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of milk
5 tablespoons of fried tomato

For 3 people:

Explanation, step by step:

In a saucepan we put the eggs and cover them with water. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and cook for 10-12 minutes from when the water starts to boil.

Once cooked, cool them in cold water and peel them. 
We split them in two and take out the yolks. 
We reserve two halves of yolk and crush the rest with a fork.

Add the tuna and the fried tomato.
Crush with the fork until you get a creamy dough.

Mix the mayonnaise with the milk.
Fill the eggs and bathe them with the mayonnaise sauce.

Notes on the recipe.
A long time ago, when I made eggs with tuna and tomato for the first time, 
I thought that if I stuffed them with a lot of tuna they would be richer but… it was not. 
I realized that, for them to be rich, the filling must first of all be creamy and juicy. 
And this is achieved by adding more tomato sauce than tuna.

By the way, if you want the typical stuffed egg flavor, use Orlando tomato sauce.
 Specifically this.
