Baked prawns. A delicious recipe that you will have ready in a matter of 15 minutes
Baked prawns accompanied by garlic and olive oil

Baked prawns. A recipe that is prepared in a very short time and that works very well as a starter, appetizer or accompaniment. 
It is very easy and simple to cook and will not take more than a quarter of an hour to prepare.
 If you want to surprise, or indulge yourself, you can do it with this wonderful seafood. 
To do this, you only need a couple of garlic cloves, a splash of olive oil and that touch of salt that will perfectly accompany these baked prawns.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

600g raw shrimp
fat salt
olive oil
3 garlic cloves
fresh parsley
salt and pepper
fat salt
olive oil

RECIPE OF PRAWNS IN THE OVEN:

1.- First, we are going to spread a splash of oil on the surface of a baking tray.
 Then we put the prawns on it, placed in rows, as close together as possible so that when cooking 
they share their juices.

2.- Next, we are going to sprinkle them with the minced garlic and parsley, trying to distribute everything evenly over the prawns, so that they take on a good flavor. 
We season them and put them in the center of the oven, previously heated to 180ºC, heat up and down. Let them bake for about 5 minutes.

3.- After that time, we extract the tray and turn each prawn so that they cook evenly.
 When we finish turning them all, season them, add a little more garlic and parsley and introduce them again. Let them cook another 5 minutes on the other side.

4.- Once this is done, we extract the tray and serve them in individual plates. 
We add a little coarse salt on them to give even more flavor to our baked prawns.

The cooking time does not exceed 15 minutes, so this recipe is a very good idea if you want to prepare delicious baked prawns in a very short time. 
If you wish, you can accompany them with a few drops of lemon juice, always at your choice!
