Frosty fruit in 1 day - Easy recipe

We repeat the same operation 2 TIMES MORE.
We put in a saucepan 200 g or 1 cup of sugar.
And 120 ml or 1/2 cup of water.
We put it on fire and cook until the sugar melts.
We add the lemon skins.
We bring to a boil.
We lower the heat and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Occasionally we stir.
Once all the liquid has evaporated we remove them from the fire.
Let them cool a little, in the pot.
We place them on a tray lined with baking paper.
We put them in the oven at a temperature of 50ºC until they dry on the outside.
If you see that on the one hand they have dried before the other, we turn them over.
Mine have taken 45 minutes to dry, but you may need a little more time or less.
We leave the lemons on the tray to cool and finish drying.
In the same way, oranges are prepared.
