OVEN-FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

This chocolate cake is too easy to make. In addition, it is made with very few ingredients and as a result, we will obtain a very soft cake

INGREDIENTS FOR A MOLD OF ABOUT 20CM:

50g butter, melted
100g of Maria cookies
250ml whipping cream
300g chocolate
100g sugar
500ml milk
6 sheets of neutral gelatin (or 15g of powder)
noodles, chocolates, syrup, to decorate ...

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT OVEN:
Instructions

1.- We put the cookies in a mixer and crush them well. 
If you do not have a mixer you can put them in a bag and break them with a rolling pin.

2.- Add the melted butter and mix well with a fork. Until it's like some kind of wet grit

3.- We spread a removable cake pan with a few more droplets of melted butter and with the help of a paper we spread it over the entire surface of the pan.
 On top we place the cookie and butter mixture

4.- With a glass or a spoon, we spread the entire cookie over the entire surface of the mold in such a way that there are no free holes. Especially around the edges. 
This will be the base of our cake and must be very compact to suggest it. 
We put in the fridge while doing the following steps

5.- Prepare the filling of the chocolate cake itself. In a high casserole we put the milk, the whipping cream, the sugar and the chocolate that can be with milk, black or even white. 
The one you prefere. Heat over low heat while stirring frequently. 
The idea is to mix all the ingredients, but do not boil it. These ingredients burn very easily

6.- Once they are all melted we add the previously hydrated neutral jelly - if you prefer, you can also use curd powder - and mix well until it is well integrated

7.- We add this mixture on the base of cookies that we had prepared before. 
It will be more compact from the cold in the fridge. Let it rest for 10 more minutes and then put everything back in the fridge. We leave at least 6 hours. 
Although it is better that you leave it between 10 and 24 hours. 
The longer it is seated the cake will be and therefore, the richer it will be

8.- Finally we decorate the surface of the chocolate cake with what we prefer. 
With chocolate noodles, colored, with whipped cream, with chocolate syrup…. Finally unmold and voila!

This chocolate cake without oven is very easy to make and as a result, we will have a very soft and delicious dessert. Try it!
