PIZZA BREAD IN PISPAS
Pizza bread in a snack with what you have at hand

Today we are going to see how to prepare a delicious pampizza at home. It is a very interesting recipe, very easy and quick to make. And at the same time it is quite novel.

Ingredients

wheat flour - 250 g or 2 cups
water - 150 ml
oil - 2 tbsp.
grated cheese - 100 g
baking powder - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp.
FILLING - to taste

We turn the oven on at 200ºC with heat from above and below. If you don't have this function,
put the heat only from below.
To prepare the dough we need 250 g or 2 cups of common wheat flour, the whole
use.
100 g of grated cheese.
150 ml of almost boiling water.
1 teaspoon of baking powder or royal chemical yeast.

1/2 teaspoon salt.
And 2 tablespoons of oil.
The first thing we are going to do is sift the flour. If you don't have a sieve, run it through a strainer.
I'm going to add the baking powder to the flour.
Add the salt.
We remove.
We add 2 tablespoons of oil. I am using olive oil but you can put
the one you have.
Add the water. As I said before, the water has to be very hot, almost boiling.
We stir a little.

Add the cheese and integrate it into the dough.
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. It is to cool down.
We dump the dough on the table and knead it until it becomes uniform.
At first the dough sticks to your hands but then it will stop sticking. Anyway
if you see that it sticks too much you can add a little flour.
Although if you can avoid adding it, the better. Because this way the pampizzas will be softer
and rich.
Notice, the dough no longer sticks to your hands at all. It is very soft and very pleasant.
Now I am going to divide it into 8 pieces.

We make balls.
Sprinkle the table with a little flour and stretch the oval balls.
5-6 mm thick.
We place them on the tray lined with baking paper.
We put above what we like the most.
I will put garlic, basil and cheese in some. And in other tomatoes, oregano, basil and cheese.
We put them in the oven. And we bake them about 15 min or until they are as you like.
After 8-10 minutes of baking we raise them up to brown.
And so has our pampizza.
Notice how beautiful they are: golden below and above.

They are soft and fluffy.
These pampizza friends, even the next day and being cold, seem delicious to me.
