100g cookies
50g butter

We prepare the base of the cake
To do this, we crush the cookies with the help of a mixer.
Once done, add the melted butter and mix with a spoon. In the end, we have to have a texture similar to that of a wet sand

We put it in a removable mold
and once done, crush with a glass or a spoon. It should be very compact and free of gaps.
 Especially around the edges.
This base will be the one that holds our cheese cake without oven. We put in the fridge while we continue with the next step

We prepare what will be the cheese cake without oven itself:
In a saucepan, put the cream cheese, cream and sugar.
We are mixing while we heat over low heat. Let it not boil.
The idea is that the ingredients melt and integrate well with each other

We add the ingredient that will make it curdle
it is the turn to add the curd. We do it following the manufacturer's instructions.
We mix again briefly

We pour this mixture into the cookie base
the cheese cake without oven is already taking shape.
We pour this mixture on the base of the cookie that we had prepared, which will already be somewhat cold and more compact, after having been in the fridge.
Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes.



We let it set completely. The longer, the better
After these 10 minutes of rest, return the cake to the fridge.
Now we leave it here until it fully sets. Minimum 4 hours but if you leave it for a whole day, the better. It will be richer and it will have settled better

Finally, all that remains is to spread it, on its surface, with strawberry or raspberry jam.
If it costs a little, you can heat it to liquefy it more. It is just pouring it on its surface. We wait for it to cool again and remove from the mold.
