Let's see how to make some homemade chicken nuggets
INGREDIENTS FOR TWO PEOPLE:
Optionally, a slice of soft cheese, Sandwich type
Flour, egg and breadcrumbs for breading.
Olive oil
salt and pepper
200g minced chicken meat
A splash of milk
A slice of sliced bread
HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHICKEN NUGGETS WITHOUT CHEESE:
1.- Put the minced chicken meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Next, we remove the crust from the mole bread slice and add it to the bowl along with the minced meat. We add a splash of milk.
The crumb and milk will be what gives them that creaminess we want, inside the chicken nugget. Add, if desired, the cheese and mix everything with the help of your hand or a spoon, until everything is well integrated.
Afterwards, it can be left to rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator to compact the dough.
2.- Now, with the hand, we take a small portion of the dough, crush it a little, giving it that characteristic nugget shape and pass it through flour, egg and breadcrumbs (in that order).
3.- Fry them in abundant olive oil over high heat.
We remove and let stand for 1 minute on absorbent paper. And they are ready!
A plate of fast food made at home, which is always appreciated.
As a suggestion, you can serve the homemade chicken nuggets with a barbecue sauce and good fries.
