RECIPE OF THE MIXED SALAD WITH TUNA
Today we are going to prepare a very simple recipe.
 It will be ready in less than 10 minutes. A mixed tuna salad, perfect to use as a first course or even as a garnish. This is the mixed salad by definition, the base for many other salads. 
With only 4 ingredients available to everyone. 
Anyone can make and use it as they wish. 

You can add ingredients, remove some and put others ... 
whatever you can think of. 
The same goes for its dressing, because you can use the traditional dressing of oil, vinegar and salt, or if you prefer, add some sauce. 
As you can make thousands of different salads, here I leave you some recipe, such as the mixed one with pink sauce, the tuna with avocado, or a different and special one, that of lentils.
 Now, let's look at the preparation of this delicious recipe for mixed tuna salad.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:

1 romaine lettuce
2 cans of canned tuna
wine vinegar or apple
2 medium tomatoes
1 onion
Salt
olive oil

HOW TO PREPARE THE TUNA MIXED SALAD:
Time : 10 minutes.

Making this recipe for mixed salad with tuna is very easy and the result is always the same: 
A delicious first course or garnish that goes with almost anything.
 It will also be ready in just 10 minutes. Here is the recipe:

First we wash, dry, cut the lettuce and put it in a bowl.
We wash the lettuce under the tap and drain it well from the water. 
Then we remove some of the first leaves, those that are ugly or damaged. 
We cut the lettuce with our hands to prevent it from losing vitamins and natural fibers, and we put them in a salad bowl.

Add the tomato cut into wedges, and the onion, cut into julienne strips.
As with the lettuce, we wash and dry the tomato. 
On a board, cut it into wedges with a sharp knife. When we have chopped it, we put it on the lettuce. Then we peel the onion. 
We remove the piece from the root and stem. We cut it into thin strips and add it along with the tomato and lettuce.

Add the tuna, season it and that's it! Our mixed tuna salad made in a pinch.
Once this is done, we open the tuna slices and drain them from their preserve. 
If it is in oil and you want it, you can reserve it and use it for dressing or for any other recipe.
 Then we add a splash of the vinegar, a little oil and a pinch of salt. 
Everything to taste. Finally, we remove all the ingredients so that they mix well and we already have our salad ready to serve.
